While we unconditionally guarantee a placement for 6 months - we intend for them to stay for years. If you are not happy, well make it right. If the candidate is hired and leaves your employ within 6 months, the fee will be refunded on a pro rata basis or we will replace that person at no charge. The bottom line is, you will be satisfied.
The guarantee does not end here. Involvement can be maintained throughout the interview and selection process until an offer is tendered. However, services do not necessarily end with the hire. We stay involved, as requested, and are available to assist with questions involving employment, salary, promotion, hiring, or labor law.
